Welcome to Holy Loch Brokerage

Holy Loch Brokerage Ltd image Holy Loch Brokerage operates within Holy Loch Marina offering an expert and personal service to assist buyers and sellers of Yachts, Power and Commercial Craft. We are full members of our professional association "ABYA", our MD-Tony has been in the marine industry for 40 years at one time he sold up and sailed away but that's another story. We undertake project managment for refurbishments and restorations as well as providing services such as valleting, refurbishing and refinishing. Should a sale or purchase be pending due to the bits that generate, rotate, heat up, or cool down, performing poorly, we have the knowledge and skills (in house) to get down and get dirty.

"Customer Comments" can be found on the left of your screen, this may introduce us to you before we meet.

Cruisers 3850   Aft Cabin Diesel Flybridge Cruser.

2X 300 HP Volvo Disels on shafts (not outdrives) gives 18 knots cruising, and over 20 knots possible. there is also a 3 cylinder Diesel Generator giving smooth and quiet liveaboard comfort.

Huge light and cheerfull interior- all is bright and well maintained; - since 2007 she has been here in the Marina - regularly hauled out and occasionaly taken for a sail, the engine hours are from new only around 1,000 !

We have rarely seen a boat more suited to comfortable cruising, The Flybridge is surrounded by NEW removable covers which allow superb all round views in all weathers. the rear swim boarding platform is accesible from the flybridge - the accomodation is accesed through the smoked sliding hatch and down the spiral staircase. Incidentaly the flybridge has its own sink & pressurised water plus icebox and storage for bottles and snacks .

Accomodation :- The main saloon is very large - the fitted carpet is recent, the open feel is enhanced by the owners choice of a settee and folding dining table rather than fixed furniture - the lower helm position is forward and to starboard in the saloon .  The Galley is down 2 steps for'd of the saloon - many small family homes have kitchens inferior to this galley - there is a fridge freezer and a built in washing machine apart from the usual microwave and cooker.

The forward double berth cabin is in subtle grays and is very comfortable, there is hidden lighting plus bedhead lights and of course a television in a purpose built alcove. The electric head and shower compartment is adjascent to the forecabin.

The Aft double cabin with its large picture window looking sternwards is once again spacious for a boat of any size - there is plenty of storage which is something people rarely consider when first viewing, the cabin has its own TV. The ensuite head is again electric - the discharge can be directed overboard or into the holding tank - the original "Cruisers" owners guides explain all the complexities and are part of the ships equipment. The lucky aft cabin occupants can choose between bathing or showering - the ships water capacity is around 100 gallons.

Mechanically the 2 x Volvo TAMD61A's were serviced in October 2011 as was the Westerbeke 3 cyl Generator - the vessel is fitted with 3 reverse cycle airconditioning / heating units, there has been no need to use these systems and we are not stating them to be operational although the writer has witnessed the saloon units running.

Electronics are a Garmin fishfinder, Raymarine chartplotter/ GPS  and a VHF Radio, there is a speed/ Log , 2 compasses, radio/ stereo, nav lights wipers etc.and  of course a marine charger for generator and shore power.

We have known the vessel for around 10 years and are very impressed by her, She was sold originally by "Prosser" who was a Cruiser agent thus the boat was to UK specification and not a "grey" import .

The owners will consider serious offers close to the asking price.

We unreservidly recommend you come and view.
